The Brand House Collective, formerly operating as Kirkland’s, has appointed retailing veteran Lisa Foley chief marketing officer, with responsibilities across the company’s portfolio of retail brands, including Bed Bath & Beyond, BuyBuy Baby, Kirkland’s Home and Overstock.

Foley, reporting to The Brand House Collective CEO Amy Sullivan, is responsible for advancing omnichannel marketing strategy, customer engagement and brand performance, according to the company.

Foley most recently served as vice president of marketing at Pink Lily, an online women’s apparel retailer, where she led a brand refresh and digital marketing strategy that elevated the company’s market positioning and deepened customer engagement, Brand House stated. Before that, she was vice president and head of marketing and e-commerce at Kirkland’s after holding leadership roles at Crate & Barrel, Claire’s and Mars Petcare, the company added.

“Lisa is a proven leader who understands the intersection of marketing, customer, and growth,” Sullivan said. “She brings strategic vision and operational focus to every part of the marketing discipline: connecting insights, messaging and execution to strengthen brand relevance and drive profitable growth. Her leadership will align how we plan, measure and execute marketing across Bed Bath & Beyond, BuyBuy Baby and our broader portfolio, ensuring a consistent, disciplined approach that deepens customer relationships and builds long-term brand value.”
