This year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale will act as a celebration of the company’s 125th year in business with exclusive deals on new arrivals across all product categories, including home, beauty, apparel, shoes and kids.
The sale starts July 18 and continues through August 9. Early access for Nordstrom card members begins July 14.
To mark the 125th anniversary, Nordstrom stated that it has assembled its largest assortment to date, featuring more than 100 brands, thousands of items, and in-store events nationwide.
The company is positioning the home assortment as a resource for domestic, college and back-to-school needs. Featured brands include Smeg, Our Place, Owala, Parachute and Lola Blankets. Other brands spotlighted for the event include Wusthof, Le Creuset, Made In and Stanley.
Nordstrom reported it is setting the stage for the anniversary sale with the largest print catalog in the event’s history. Nordstrom is launching a marketing campaign to support the sale across streaming and social platforms, an initiative that revolves around well-known fashion and beauty names including Taryn Delanie Smith, Mei Pang, Elijah and Isaac Bell, Helena Christensen, and Miyako Bellizi.
Shoppers can enjoy in-store events during the anniversary sale, get gifts with purchase deals and tap special offers throughout the sale, Nordstrom noted. In addition, the company plans to bring anniversary sale block parties to Chicago, Portland and Seattle.
