Nordstrom is planning to debut two Rack off-price stores in California after announcing plans to open a pair of locations in Colorado.
As part of an ongoing Rack expansion initiative, the new California stores will open in Marina del Rey in spring 2027 and in Torrance in summer 2027. The 30,000-square-foot Marina del Ray store will debut at Marina Marketplace, while the 30,000-square-foot Torrance store will welcome shoppers at Rolling Hills Plaza.
In Colorado, the new Nordstrom Rack will operate in Dillon and Lakewood, with both debuting this fall and weighing in at 24,000 square feet. Nordstrom located the Dillon Rack at Dillon Ridge Marketplace and the Lakewood Rack at Denver West Village.
