Target Corp. is rolling out a new collection that represents a first big step into the home category for designer Rosie Assoulin.
The Rosie Assoulin x Target collaboration brings the designer’s vibrant use of color into the apparel, accessories and, for the first time, the home category with a multi-item lineup. As the company previewed the collection, scheduled for introduction on July 25, Target’s unveiled a colorful Rosie Assoulin X Target Metal Tiffin Boxes (pictured above) that can carry multi-course meals in a single compact container.
To celebrate the launch, the Target store in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood will host an immersive shopping experience on July 25. In the store, guests will get a chance to check out the collection through a community art installation and enjoy complimentary giveaways while supplies last. Across the United States, select Target stores will feature dynamic visual displays inspired by the collection, bringing its playful spirit to life while creating an elevated shopping experience that extends beyond the product, the company reported.
The retailer has priced most Rosie Assoulin X Target items under $50.
“Our guests trust Target to bring them incredible style at an exceptional value, and partnerships like Rosie Assoulin x Target are a reflection of our merchandising authority of curating fresh, designer-inspired collections that guests can only find at Target,” said Tara Russell, Target’s senior vice president of apparel and accessories.”My favorite thing about this collection, and all of Rosie’s work, is her ability to pair bold silhouettes, expressive color and an unmistakable point of view with pieces that feel effortless. It captures the optimism and ease of late summer while giving guests fresh, designer-inspired style they can make their own long after the season ends.”
