As Saks Global steps away from the luxury off-price business, Nordstrom continues to relocate and roll out Nordstrom Rack locations.
Nordstrom announced a relocation in Seattle and four new Racks: one each in Columbia, MO, and Park City, UT, and two in the Pennsylvania communities of Exton and Media. The announcement of the Nordstrom Rack activity follows Saks Global’s decision to shutter all Last Call stores and nearly all Off Fifth stores.
In the case of the Seattle Rack, Nordstrom is opening a 39,000-square-foot store on Pine St. in a historic building located at the core of downtown Seattle, the company noted. The new store, in Nordstrom’s hometown, is scheduled to open in the spring of 2027.
The 25,000-square-foot Columbia store is set to open in the fall. The Park City store is also set to open in fall 2026, though the company has not announced its size. Both Pennsylvania stores, also slated to debut in the fall of 2026, are expected to be 30,000 square feet.
