Nordstrom continues the company’s off-price division expansion with plans for a new store in New Jersey.
The new 30,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack is set to open in Marlton, NJ, in fall 2026, the company stated. It will become the fifth Nordstrom off-price location operating in New Jersey.
Earlier this year, the company announced that, in the spring of 2028, it would open a 25,000-square-foot Rack in Rehoboth Beach, DE, in addition to, during spring 2027, a 25,000-square-foot Rack in Murphy, TX, a 25,000-square-foot Rack in Goodyear, AZ, and a 24,000-square-foot Rack in St. George, UT.
As the company expands its off-price strategy, Nordstrom intends to open two Rack locations in spring 2026: a 24,000-square-foot store in Encinitas, CA, and a 27,000-square-foot store in Plymouth, MA. Additional Rack stores set to debut in fall 2026 include a 24,700-square-foot store in Tampa, a 26,000-square-foot store in Orlando, a 26,000-square-foot store in Rockville, MD, and a 31,000-square-foot store in Spokane, WA.
