Smithey Ironware has expanded its heirloom cookware collection to include a 1-quart cast iron saucepan, designed for small essential tasks, such as sauces, grains and finishing touches.
The saucepan is handcrafted in Charleston, SC and features what Smithey describes as its smooth, naturally nonstick interior with a custom-fit glass lid that allows for stovetop to table use while preserving presentation. It features an extended chef’s handle for control and balance. The saucepan is made to be a versatile, heirloom-quality piece built for modern cooking, said the company.
The Smithey 1-quart saucepan is available now with a retail price of $175.
