SharkNinja has introduced the Shark Navigator 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop, a new addition to the company’s growing robot lineup.
“People want a cleaner home with less effort and that’s what Navigator is all about,” said Alex Forman, director of marketing at SharkNinja. “It brings powerful Shark vacuuming and mopping performance together with simple setup and automatic emptying, making it easy to let a robot take on the daily cleaning. In our consumer study, 95% of users said Navigator replaced their vacuuming maintenance within the first week — giving people one less chore to think about.”
The Navigator connects to Bluetooth automatically, pairing with Wi-Fi to start cleaning with one click, SharkNinja said. It uses 360° LiDAR to map the home, while the company’s SmartPath Max Navigation guides the robot to clean methodically, row by row.
It vacuums carpets and hard floors and features a self-cleaning brushroll designed to prevent hair wrap. When mopping, the robot simultaneously vacuums hard floors while automatically avoiding carpets and rugs to keep them dry.
After cleaning, the Navigator automatically empties into a bagless base that holds up to 30 or 60 days of debris, depending on the model. Users can schedule cleanings, establish no-go zones and view their home map through the SharkClean app.
The Shark Navigator 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop with a 60-day bagless base is available now on SharkNinja.com for $599.99, with Amazon availability coming soon. A $499.99 version with a 30-day bagless base will be available soon at Amazon, Costco and Sam’s Club.
