As consumers are becoming increasingly savvy in cooking, baking and mixology techniques at home, Nesco is heeding the call. The brand is bringing a new sous vide cooker and dehydrator to the market, showing them at the 2023 Inspired Home Show.
The sous vide is designed for consistent and precise preparation through the process of vacuum sealing and cooking in a water bath. Available for a suggested retail price of $104.99, the sous vide has an illuminated LCD display with sensor touch control; auto recipe programs for meat, fish, chicken and vegetables; and a waterproof circulator with a 360° rotating container clip.
The Nesco 7-Tray Stainless Steel Digital Dehydrator has seven mesh steel trays that can be removed. Ideal for making jerky as well as dried fruit, vegetables, herbs and more, the dehydrator includes a temperature control panel and digital time display that allows for precise dehydrating, the company said. With 600 watts of drying power, the centrally located fan provides even heat distribution during quiet operation. It is available for a suggested retail price of $169.99.
