Meyer Corporation has introduced the KitchenAid Hard-Anodized Ceramic Induction Cookware in three colors: Porcelain White, Agave Blue and Pistachio Green.
The cookware is crafted from hard-anodized aluminum, which the company states is eight times harder than traditional aluminum, providing enhanced durability and even heating. The collection features a forged construction that adds extra metal, including thicker bases and reinforced rims. It can be used on all stovetops, including induction stovetops.
The cookware’s ceramic nonstick interior – made without PFAS, BPA, lead or cadmium, according to Meyer – is designed for easy food release and fast cleanup. Although it is dishwasher-safe for added convenience, hand washing is recommended by the company to help preserve the ceramic nonstick surface over time.
The KitchenAid Hard-Anodized Ceramic Induction collection includes tempered glass lids with thick metal rims, which help lock in heat and flavor while allowing for easy monitoring of food as it cooks, Meyer said. The ergonomically designed stainless steel handles provide a secure and comfortable grip. It is oven-safe up to 500°F (350°F with lids).
