Evriholder Products LLC, a supplier of impulse home products and kitchenware, announced it had acquired YouCopia, a developer and marketer of kitchen organization and food storage products.
The acquisition expands Brea, CA-based Evriholder’s home organization portfolio and creates new opportunities to bring Chicago-based YouCopia’s inventive, practical storage solutions to more retailers and consumers worldwide, according to statements from each company. Evriholder markets products under brands such as Evriholder, Joie, and Progressive International.
The companies’ complementary customer bases will create opportunities to grow distribution across domestic and international markets, Evriholder and YouCopia executives noted.

YouCopia Co-Founder and President Lauren Greenwood will join Evriholder’s executive team and lead the growth of the combined organization’s YouCopia division. The acquisition will provide additional product development resources to support YouCopia’s focus on solving everyday home organization needs, according to officials from both companies.
