Hestan Culinary has introduced the CopperBond Aura Collection, a limited-production line of copper cookware.
Crafted in Italy with a professional-grade 1.5-millimeter copper exterior, the CopperBond Aura Collection is designed to deliver copper’s heat responsiveness while using a stainless-steel interior in place of the tin lining traditionally found in copper cookware, eliminating the need for re-tinning, Hestan said.
