Enchanted Partners Group (EPG), the acquisition arm of veteran East Coast gift and toy sales agency Enchanted Moments, has launched a new division focused on housewares, home décor, seasonal and specialty food — EM Home — following the recent acquisition of veteran gift and home sales group J. Grob Associates.
The J. Grob deal follows recent EPG acquisitions of Kasperzak & Associates and Dugan Bliss, a pair of veteran agencies representing housewares, tabletop and gift brands in the Southeast. The EPG portfolio also includes Golden Sales and Kinfetti, representing the toy and gift industries on the West Coast/Hawaii and in the Pacific Northwest, respectively.
Tony Davis, CEO of Winston Salem, NC-based Enchanted Partners Group, said the three recent acquisitions and subsequent creation of the EM Home division mark EPG’s continued expansion and a commitment to building a “best-in-class” national agency platform covering a wide scope of brands in home gift and décor.
John Grob, former principal of J. Grob and a veteran of the home and gift industries, is principal and leader of the EM Home division. Former J. Grob associate Cooper Peterson is sales director of EM Home, overseeing vendor partnerships and sales team operations across the division.
