Ankarsrum is launching a new Ice Cream Maker accessory for the Ankarsum Assistent Original mixer. The 6-piece set includes an Outer Bowl with Lid, a Bowl Holder, a 1.5-Quart Freezer Bowl with Lid and a Mixing Paddle.
The accessories work in tandem with the Ankarsrum Assistent Original so that the Freezer Bowl, pre-chilled by the user, nests inside the Outer Bowl and Bowl Holder, which attach to the stand mixer along with the Mixing Paddle. Once ingredients are placed in the bowl, the Ankarsrum Assistent Original does the work, mixing and chilling the flavorful combination for 20 to 30 minutes. Users can store the finished recipe in the Freezer Bowl with Lid, or another freezer-safe container.
Ready to roll at The Inspired Home Show, Ankarsrum set the new Ice Cream Maker for initial shipping in March at a suggested retail price of $129.95.
