Anova Culinary, a subsidiary of Electrolux Group, has introduced the Precision Cooker Pro 3.0, which brings more power, extended continuous capabilities and updated features to the company’s sous vide lineup.

The immersion circulator delivers 1,600 watts of power and can accommodate water baths up to 100 liters. Anova said the Precision Cooker Pro 3.0 is engineered to provide up to 10,000 hours of continuous cooking.

A dual-bearing brushless DC motor and double-core insulated heater support the extended runtime. The cooker’s temperature probe provides precise temperature control across a range of cooking applications.

The Precision Cooker Pro 3.0 is also engineered to operate more quietly than the previous-generation Precision Cooker Pro.

The unit features metal construction and an IPX7 rating for water resistance. Anova said the cooker has also undergone drop testing.

“Our mission at Anova has always been to push the boundaries of precision cooking and create tools that make elevated meals more accessible for our food nerd community,” said Jared Hartke, Anova brand director at Electrolux Group. “Our newest product release represents the next evolution in sous vide technology by offering home cooks the power, durability and accuracy they need to deliver exquisite meals at an affordable price point every day.”

The Anova Precision Cooker Pro 3.0 has a suggested retail price of $299 and is available at AnovaCulinary.com and major retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart and Target.
