Ankarsrum has debuted its new color, Rustic Maroon, which joins the wide selection of colors available for the brand’s Assistent Original Stand Mixer. The company said the color combines the power of red with the earthy warmth of brown, making it an inviting shade that fits against natural wood decor or in a modern farmhouse kitchen.
Produced in Sweden, the Ankarsrum Assistent Original Stand Mixer has a large 7.3-quart bowl, which rotates, unlike mixers with rotating blades inside a stationary bowl. The rotating bowl can simulate kneading by hand. The stand mixer also has attachments available for pasta making, blending, pressing, grinding, shredding, sausage stuffing and more. With the new addition of Rustic Maroon, the Ankarsrum mixer is available in 15 colors: Ocean Blue, Forest Green, Olive Green, Red, Sunbeam Yellow, Royal Blue, Black Diamond, Black Chrome, Jubilee Silver, Glossy White, Creme, Creme Light, Harmony Beige and Coral Crush.
The Ankarsrum Assistent Original in Rustic Maroon will be available for shipping May 2024 with a suggested retail price of $749.95.
