NY Now announced a revamped show floor strategy for its Winter 2027 Market, reorganizing the event into three primary destinations to drive buyer discovery and exhibitor visibility.
The announcement comes during the Summer NY Now show (pictured above), the first under new management, Rockview Management Group, an entity created by gift and home trade show industry veterans Dorothy Belshaw, William Lacey, and Karen Olson.
The Winter Market, according to show management, will showcase a simplified floor layout organized into three sections: Gift & Lifestyle, Home and Handmade, made to be a more intuitive experience for buyers while increasing visibility for exhibitors and encouraging attendees to explore the entire show.
The Gift & Lifestyle section will be the largest and most diverse section on the floor, featuring fast-turning gift and novelty products, fragrance, candles, personal care, stationery, publishing, jewelry and fashion accessories.
The Home section will bring together tabletop and housewares, decorative accessories, textiles, garden and area rugs.
Handmade will reaffirm a category that has long been central to NY Now’s identity, showcasing artisan makers and handcrafted products from around the world. The destination underscores the show’s commitment to craftsmanship, makers and authentic design, the company said.
The Winter Market will also include the Greeting Card Association’s annual Noted event, a partnership that brings together greeting card publishers, artists and retailers from across the industry.
NY Now reported it will continue expanding its partnerships with leading sales agencies, including presentations from Ivystone, Simblist and Harper Group, with additional partners to be announced. It is also strengthening its international presence through new partnerships with agencies and organizations from around the world to introduce buyers to distinctive products, emerging brands and international craftsmanship, NY Now said.
The Winter 2027 Market will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City from January 31 to February 2, 2027.
