As Wayfair’s brick-and-mortar expansion escalates, Cherry Hill, NJ, an affluent suburb of Philadelphia, is set to get a Wayfair superstore in 2028.
The 86,000-square-foot, single-level location is set for a late 2028 opening, Wayfair stated. It will be the company’s 11th namesake physical store overall and its first in southern New Jersey. The company also has a Princeton store under development to serve shoppers in central New Jersey and nearby New York and Pennsylvania markets
The Cherry Hill store will give consumers in the greater Philly metro area another way to explore the Wayfair range of home products, the company maintained. Shoppers will be able to browse across an assortment that includes Wayfair Verified items, take advantage of free design services and get help on home projects, major and minor, with smaller items available for take home and larger items ready to ship.
Wayfair has opened namesake physical stores in Wilmette, IL, Atlanta, GA, and Columbus, OH. The company has stores under development in Denver, CO, Westchester, NY, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Cincinnati, OH, Pittsburgh, PA; and Altamonte Springs, FL.
