Qurate Retail Group has named Linda Aiello chief people officer effective October 31, 2022. In that role, Aiello will oversee the full team member-related portfolio including Member Experience and Talent Management; Diversity; Equity and Inclusion; and People and Organization.
Aiello has more than 20 years of international experience at modern technology and international brands with expertise in culture, high-growth environments and digital transformations. Most recently, Aiello served as chief people and culture officer at Stitch Fix.
This announcement follows the recent appointments of Scott Barnhart as chief operating officer, Qurate Retail Group; Soumya Sriraman as president of Streaming, Qurate Retail Group; Stacy Bowe, chief merchandising officer, QVC U.S.; and William Hunter, chief transformation officer, Qurate Retail Group. These appointments are all steps in accelerating Qurate Retail’s strategic growth plan, Project Athens.
