Newsweek Names SharkNinja, Cuisinart Among Most Trusted Home Brands

Newsweek and BrandSpark International have released their 2026 Most Trusted Brands rankings, highlighting leading retailers and home brands across hundreds of consumer categories based on feedback from U.S. shoppers.

Among home-related categories, SharkNinja brands performed strongly. Ninja led the air fryer and blender categories, while Shark topped the vacuum segment. Cuisinart earned top rankings for electric kettles and food processors.

Other home category leaders included Dyson for air purifiers, Bissell for carpet cleaning machines, T-fal for cookware, Frigidaire for dehumidifiers, Mr. Coffee for drip coffee makers, Lasko for electric fans, Vicks for humidifiers, Keurig for single-serve coffee makers, Crock-Pot for slow cookers, Black+Decker for toaster ovens and Brita for water filter products.

Several categories resulted in ties, including Black+Decker and Rowenta in clothes irons; Igloo and Yeti in coolers; Honeywell and Lasko in space heaters; and Cuisinart, KitchenAid and Wüsthof in kitchen knives.

In household and cleaning categories, Rubbermaid led food storage containers, while Yankee Candle topped the scented candles segment.

Outside of home goods, Walmart led multiple retail-related categories in the Retail & Restaurants rankings, while CVS, Dollar Tree and Home Depot also ranked first in select segments. Walmart additionally posted multiple regional wins in the grocery Supermarket/Hypermarket category.

The rankings are based on the 2026 BrandSpark American Trust Study, which surveyed 35,215 qualified shoppers in the United States.
