Marshalls ‘Good Stuff Accelerator’ Returns With Mentorship, Grants, Resources for Women

Posted In: Retail Articles

As part of a continuing effort to engage with working women, Marshalls is launching its second Good Stuff Accelerator Program, a year-long, fully virtual experience that will provide resources developed to support personal growth and professional achievement.

The program builds on its inaugural-year success by continuing to provide women access to curated programming, group mentorship from inspiring experts and role models, peer-driven accountability, practical support, and a one-time grant to help them take action and achieve their goals, the TJX Cos. banner asserted.

Marshalls noted that the Good Stuff program, year two, is accepting applications to join a group of 40 women who will have access to:

  • Live virtual sessions with group mentorship from successful advisors, including New York Times bestselling author and CEO and founder of the financial equity operation, Your Rich BFF, Vivian Tu; and Emmy Award-winning E! News co-host and LadyGang podcast host Keltie Knight.
  • Six peer coaching sessions were conducted with Marshalls’ partner on the program, Luminary, utilizing the global professional and personal education and networking platform.
  • Full access to Luminary Collective PLUS, a membership that includes more than 25 monthly virtual events, tools, networking and co-working spaces nationwide.
  • A one-time $5,000 grant designed to help participants invest in personal or professional development goals.

Launched in 2024, The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program reflects an ongoing commitment to helping to close the access gap, the banner stated, such as the lack of tools, resources and community that have held women back. The program evolved from Marshalls-commissioned research indicating that one in three women lacks access to the resources they need to get more out of their lives, with 34% saying they didn’t even know where to begin to move forward.

Marshalls maintained that participants from the inaugural Good Stuff class have reported that the program has had a meaningful impact on their lives, with 95% saying they are making progress toward their goals.

“At Marshalls, we believe that when women have access to the right support, their potential can flourish,” says Sonya Cosentini, Marshalls vice president, brand marketing, in announcing the program re-up. “The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program is our commitment to helping to break down the barriers that women often face, whether financial, personal, or structural, so they can pursue their goals with confidence. We’re proud to carry on this journey in year two by continuing a powerful program that champions women, whether charting new paths, advancing careers, or redefining what’s possible.”
