Nordstrom has named Kelly Dilts CFO, effective August 29, after she departed from the same role at Dollar General Corp.
In a filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Dollar General disclosed Dilts’ departure and stated that the company has begun a search for her successor.
At Nordstrom, Dilts will oversee all core financial functions, as well as real estate, store development and strategic sourcing, the company stated. Prior to her time with Dollar General, she served as executive vice president and CFO for Francesca’s Holding Corp. from 2016 to 2019.
