Rural King is running a “Hot Deals” promotional campaign that encourages consumers to join its loyalty program as the company adds new stores.
The campaign launches as Rural King continues opening stores in the South and Midwest.
The company is introducing the first lineup of “Hot Deals” launches at participating stores in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. The program offers bargains to RK Rewards members through October 28. The retailer said it plans to introduce a new lineup of “Hot Deals” approximately every 60 days. The initial deals range from pet and livestock food to lighting to cleaning products.
“At Rural King, we know families are paying close attention to every dollar they spend,” said Alex Melvin, the company’s chairman. “Our job is to make those dollars go further. These ‘Hot Deals’ are not about saving a few cents. We selected products our customers use and priced them aggressively, at least 25% below normal market, to deliver real, meaningful savings.”
In August, Rural King announced the opening of its newest Alabama store in Lincoln, the company’s ninth location in the state. That followed the July opening of its eighth store in Alabama, in Gadsden. Earlier in July, Rural King opened a store in Lancaster, OH, the company’s 32nd location in the Buckeye State.
