Dollar General is introducing an exclusive “Simply for You by Hallmark” collection on September 20, presenting what the company describes as merchandise to help consumers decorate, entertain and celebrate affordably through the holiday season.
Dollar General has mounted a banner on its website landing page announcing that the “Simply for You” collection is coming soon. The “Simply for You collection” will launch with a curated assortment of about 30 holiday-themed items featuring festive décor, entertaining essentials and gifts assembled to help customers celebrate the season without overspending, the company noted. Products range from throw pillows, candles and drinkware to serveware, kitchen storage and a 40-ounce tumbler.
Collection retail prices range from $1 to $15, with more than 70% of the merchandise available for $5 or less. Value-focused items include kitchen towels, tablecloths, spice jars and decorative word blocks, while giftable offerings include paint-by-number kits, puzzles, snack boxes and notebooks.
Dollar General already has a separate dedicated page under the banner “Holly Jolly Savings” that includes collections under designations such as “Cozy Classics,” covering seasonal throw pillows, blankets and kitchen items such as decor and drinkware; and “Seasonal Scents,” featuring candles and related fragrance products. The page also offers pre-lit faux Christmas trees and associated decorations as well as toys. Then, it showcases bakeware and personal care items.
