Caraway has announced its largest retail expansion to date with the cookware and kitchenware brand’s launch at more than 500 Walmart stores across the United States to build beyond its presence on the retailer’s website.
The Walmart assortment includes a curated selection of Caraway cookware and kitchen essentials. The brand maintained that it developed the products for Walmart to feature elevated design, everyday performance and the quality consumers expect from Caraway. The launch also reflects Walmart’s continued focus on providing customers more premium, design-forward brands, Caraway noted.
Caraway’s Walmart store presence will make the company’s products available for same-day delivery to about half the U.S. population, according to the cookware supplier. Consumers can continue to purchase Caraway products through walmart.com.
Since launching as a direct-to-consumer supplier of ceramic nonstick cookware in 2019, Caraway has expanded into a full range of cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools and kitchen store products. The brand is now offered by several retailers, equipping two-and-a-half million households with the brand’s kitchen products, according to the company.
“From the beginning, our goal has been simple: make thoughtfully designed kitchen products available to as many people as possible,” said Jordan Nathan, Caraway founder and CEO, in announcing the Walmart stores rollout. “Partnering with Walmart allows us to reach millions of families where they already shop, and with same-day delivery now available to roughly half the country, it’s easier than ever to bring Caraway into your home. This is an exciting milestone for our brand and another step toward making better kitchen products more accessible.”
