Burlington Stores is working to complete an in-store redesign that introduces a new layout with reorganized aisles, open sightlines for faster brand discovery, and bold signage highlighting trending merchandise to inspire purchases.
The nationwide refresh, Burlington stated, is a part of the company’s long-term vision to stay aligned with modern shopping habits. Half of Burlington stores have already been converted, and all future new store openings will feature the updated positioning and a smaller, more efficient layout. The new store configuration will deliver the same value and product assortment that Burlington has offered in a more streamlined, easy-to-shop space, the company maintained. Plans call for reformatting all locations that haven’t been updated yet by the end of next year.
To celebrate the refresh, Burlington will host special events in 21 markets across the United States from August 15-17, complete with sweepstakes, giveaways and other attractions. Shoppers can register in-store for a chance to win a $10,000 grand prize or a $250 gift card. In addition, the first 100 customers entering participating locations each day of the event will receive a $5 bonus card.
