Tuni has released an upgrade to its E2 Gen3 Espresso Machine, a semi-automatic model designed to give home users more control over espresso, milk drinks and cold coffee beverages in a compact format.
The E2 Gen3 features a stainless-steel brew head, a 58-miliimeter portafilter, an in-series dual-boiler heating system, av20-bar Italian ULKA pump and a visual pressure gauge. According to the company, the upgrades are designed to enhance thermal stability and brewing consistency while giving users more control over extraction pressure, coffee beans, grind size and shot volume.
The machine offers standard hot espresso extraction and a Cold Brew Mode. For milk-based drinks, the E2 Gen3 includes two steam options: regular steam for everyday frothing and “Super+” steam for creating a denser milk texture and latte-style foam. The automatic pressure release system helps release built-up pressure in the brewing path after extraction, reducing splashes when the portafilter is removed. The E2 Gen3 also features double-cup automation and manual mode control.
