Thermomix announced the U.S-debut of its TM7 countertop kitchen appliance offering more than 20 functions.
Key features include:
- 20-Plus Functions in One: Open cooking, steaming, browning, sous-vide, fermentation, slow cooking, blending, grating, slicing, spiralizing, peeling and more.
- Design: A sleek all-black look with a flat base that delivers elegance and ergonomic efficiency according to the company. Recycled materials are used in the device’s construction.
- 10-inch Intuitive Touchscreen: Enables Cookidoo, Thermomix’s cloud-based recipe platform, with more than 100,000 recipes in more than 20 languages and step-by-step visual instructions.
- Engineering: The jet-engine grade motor is said to be precise and whisper-quiet.
- Smart Connectivity: Wi-Fi/Bluetooth ensures seamless software updates and new features and fresh recipe content in real time, while the platform enables future enhancements such as AI-supported cooking assistance and voice control, according to Thermomix.
- Built-In Retailer Shopping Integration: Automatic generation of grocery lists from users’ chosen recipes can be sent to nearby retailers through the Cookidoo mobile app.
“Whatever’s on your mind, whether it’s a quick weeknight dinner, a special-occasion feast or as simple as lemonade, the Thermomix TM7 can do all of that for you,” says Ryan McLarry, CEO of Thermomix USA.
The TM7 is available now for pre-order at $1,699 through Thermomix’s nationwide network of consultants or online, with estimated deliveries beginning October 1.
