Petlibro is expanding into PetSmart with its new AI-driven Luma Smart Litter Box.
The Luma Smart Litter Box builds on the brand’s broader portfolio of app-connected products that are designed to surface hidden signals in a pet’s daily health. Petlibro’s products are designed to bring visibility into patterns, behavior and potential health changes to provide real-time data that helps pet parents stay informed and connected, the company said.
Launched in November, the Luma Smart Litter Box ($599.99) pairs AI-powered visual detection with four-layer safety protection ot provide hands-free cleaning and advanced monitoring for up to ten cats. The system includes 24/7 odor control, tracks individual visits, distinguishes between waste types and alerts owners to changes in usage patterns through the Petlibro app, turning litter box activity into actionable insights.
