Microplane has launched the Home Series Zester with Cleaning Brush, designed for efficient, comfortable food preparation.
The Home Series Zester features Microplane’s sharp, surgical-grade stainless steel blades crafted in Arkansas. It is designed fore easy zesting of citrus, grate ginger or mince garlic. The zester features a space-saving compact design, and its ergonomic soft, non-slip touch handle provides comfort and control during use. The set also includes a free-standing brush designed to remove residue from the blade’s grooves.

Consumers can choose from a variety of color options with availability tailored to where the product is sold. It is currently available on Microplane’s website in Rosemary Green, Blue Granite and Plum Rose for $18.99. Additional colors, including Sustained Gray, Aquatic Awe and Sunset Coral, will be offered at select retailers.
