Two new KitchenAid food storage collections, designed to help consumers keep ingredients fresh and keep kitchens organized, will debut at The Inspired Home Show in the Lifetime Brands booth at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
The KitchenAid Food Storage Collection features clear, shatter-resistant, BPA-free containers designed for everyday durability. Sliding vents, silicone gaskets and secure locking latches work together to create an airtight, leak-resistant seal, Lifetime noted. Modular, stackable shapes help reduce clutter in refrigerators, cabinets and pantries.
The collection includes open-stock items, two-packs, a six-piece Baking Pantry Storage Set for organizing ingredients such as flour and sugar, a 10-piece Meal Prep Set for preparing and transporting meals and a 12-piece Essential Kitchen Storage Set designed for storing and reheating leftovers.
The KitchenAid Glass Food Storage Collection adds oven-safe versatility. Made from borosilicate glass, the containers move from the refrigerator to the oven to the table while maintaining an airtight seal. The assortment includes two-packs, an eight-piece Complete Storage Set and a 10-piece 5-Day Meal Prep Set designed for batch cooking, weekly meal planning and leftovers.
The glass containers are odor- and stain-resistant, stack efficiently and are dishwasher- and microwave-safe without the lids for reheating.
Both collections will be available in Charcoal Gray, Agave, Cardamom, Mineral Water, Porcelain White and Wildflower. KitchenAid food storage pricing ranges from $9.99 to $59.99, depending on material and configuration. The plastic food storage collection launches in May, followed by the glass assortment in August.
