Kuhn Rikon USA will exhibit at this year’s Dallas and Atlanta markets to feature a large selection of new tools and cookware, including a line of hand-crafted fondue pots and raclettes.

In Dallas, Kuhn Rikon will showcasing its Large Pull Chop, a manual food processor that cuts food with the pull of a cord. Also to be featured is Smart & Compact, a new line of cookware that stacks to save space. With the intelligent vacuum lid, leftovers can be stored in the pot and reheated as necessary, said the company. Two sizes of the Swiss-made Black Star cast iron fry pans will also be shown. The uncoated cast iron frying pan can be used for searing meat or preparing crispy “Swiss Rösti” potatoes.
