O2Cool LLC has announced a rebrand to O2C Brands LLC along with the acquisition of two new brands, EcoVessel and U-Konserve.
“O2C Brands is a better reflection of who we are and where we are headed as a business. We are much more than simply O2COOL, our heritage brand. The new name and corporate structure allow us to layer additional brands and product lines into our business,” said Eric Lockwood, CEO of O2C Brands.
The two newly acquired brands will expand O2C’s portfolio and benefit from the company’s retail placement and sales relationships, according to O2C Brands. EcoVessel, which produces insulated stainless steel water bottles, mugs, tumblers and growlers, and U-Konserve, which sells waste-free on-the-go food storage, will join the O2Cool, Treva and LunchBots brands.
