Kitchenware developer and marketer Kitchen Supply has extended its London Sip brand with the separate acquisitions of the VacOne vacuum coffee brewer and Here and Now tea infuser bottles.
Kitchen Supply, formerly Escali, acquired the London Sip stovetop espresso pot in 2022, the first of a number of transactions to expand the kitchenware offering of the longtime leader in kitchen scales and food thermometers. In 2023, the company acquired Joyce Chen kitchenware and Old Stone Oven pizza stones and accessories.
VacOne was founded by a Latin American entrepreneur who developed what Kitchen Supply describes as the world’s first electric vacuum brewer. The VacOne brewer (pictured above) features VacTec, a patent-pending brewing technology that leverages air to produce a sweeter, more balanced cup of hot coffee and cold brew in just four minutes, according to Kitchen Supply.

Here and Now Tea Infuser Bottle
The newly acquired line from Here and Now Supply Company complements the London Sip coffee product offering with a range of tea brewing products. Founded by a father-son team looking to bring a premium tea brewing experience to outdoor enthusiasts, Here and Now was launched to market on-the-go, insulated tea infuser bottles, now offered in 16- and 25-ounce sizes and a variety of nature-inspired colors. The bottles are differentiated by an extended infuser designed to optimize tea infusion, according to Kitchen Supply. The bottles also can be used to make cold brew coffee or fruit-infused water. The Here and Now lines also include yerba mate insulated cups.
“(The Here and Now) acquisition sets the stage for The London Sip to provide tea lovers with exceptional products,” Kitchen Supply’s Walsh said.
Walsh added the addition of VacOne and Here and Now to the London Sip portfolio, brings together forward-thinking brands and reinforces Kitchen Supply’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its diverse customer base.
