Jura has introduced the second-generation Z10 fully automatic coffee machine, expanding its beverage menu to 51 specialty drinks while adding new customization and personalization features.
The updated Z10 organizes beverages into four categories: hot, light, cold and sweet, offering everything from traditional espresso drinks to cold brew preparations and milk-based specialties.
Among the new features is a chocolate attachment that allows users to create chocolate-infused beverages, such as mochaccinos, through the machine’s Sweet Foam system.
The Z10 also incorporates what Jura calls its Smart Quartet, a collection of features for personalization and simplified operation. The Coffee Timer, available through the company’s J.O.E. app, allows users to schedule and customize beverages in advance. A Caffeine Regulator offers three caffeine-level settings, while the Milk Assistant supports milk-system maintenance and preparation using dairy or alternative milk options. The Quality Assistant helps automate maintenance and machine care.
A 4.3-inch touchscreen display provides access to the machine’s beverage menu, while user profiles allow up to four people to save favorite settings and drink preferences.
The Z10 is equipped with Jura’s Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.2+), which automatically adjusts grind settings based on the selected beverage, from finely ground espresso drinks to coarse cold brew preparations.
The second-generation Z10 is available in Aluminum Black and Aluminum White and will launch in August with a suggested retail price of $4,499.
Jura also offers a range of complementary accessories, including the Cool Control milk cooler and a selection of milk containers designed for use with dairy and non-dairy beverages.
