Jura Brews Up New Coffee Centers, Continued Growth for 2022

Jura Inc., after record U.S. sales in 2021, eyes continued growth in 2022 fueled by a several new premium coffee appliances.

Last year saw Jura celebrate its 90th anniversary with record U.S. sales, said David Shull, executive vice president, marketing and communications for Jura, Inc. “We’ve accomplished this because of our unwavering commitment to quality and innovation, and because of our clear focus on a single concept, the ultimate in specialty coffees, ‘freshly ground, not capsuled.’ ” Shull told HomePage News. “With 90 years of momentum behind our back, and with more innovations in the pipeline, we are extremely optimistic about continued growth in 2022 and beyond.”

Jura attributed continued success to the longevity, innovation, maintainability, unique designs, customer service and brand management of the company. The company  emphasized its commitment to designing premium products to be durable and easy to service. New and improved parts are made to be backward-compatible to allow spare parts and product improvements to function in older models as well. Customer service continues beyond purchase with 2-hour, half-day and and one-day service and easy maintainability of the coffee machines.

New Products

Recent Jura automatic coffee centers introductions include the Z10, E8 and ENA 4. 

Jura Z10

The Z10 takes a leap into cold brew featuring the brand’s new Cold Extraction Process. The compact, new Jura coffee center with cold brew function speaks to consumers’ increased expectation for more utility from their home appliances

Shull states, “It brews the full spectrum of hot specialty coffees at the touch of a button – from intense espresso to trendy flat white – and it opens a whole new dimension with the introduction of cold brew coffee specialties, thanks to Jura technology and innovation.”

Jura E8

The 4th generation of the E8 features a reinterpreted design with increased functionality. The machine includes the Professional Aroma Grinder coupled with Jura’s Pulse Extraction Process. The unit was designed to be intuitive and easy to operate with a customizable display. A Fine Foam Frother creates milk foam or hot milk. The model also features preheating and a separate hot water spout with a one-touch cleaning for the milk system. 

“The JURA E8 represents a new generation of JURA’s best-selling automatic coffee machine. It makes a striking visual statement while creating a café-quality home coffee bar that can brew 17 different specialties. Premium features include the new Extra Shot function for those who want to pep up their cappuccino, flat white or latte macchiato,” says Shull.

Jura ENA 4

The Jura ENA 4 is a single-cup fully automatic coffee machine designed to be a compact option to fit anywhere in the kitchen.

“The JURA ENA 4 in Metropolitan Black delivers café-quality coffee, espresso or ristretto at the touch of a button. Advanced features include the Aroma G3 grinder for full aroma and Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) to optimize extraction time for short specialties. This one-touch machine ties into contemporary design trends with a modern crystal water tank and compact design,” comments Shull.

Looking Ahead

As it enters its 91st year, retailers and consumers can look forward to sustained innovation and quality. Looking forward to 2022, Shull said, “Jura is the global leader in automatic coffee machines, a brand that epitomizes premium quality and first-class design.
