MM Products Inc., owner of the JoyJolt glassware and kitchenware business, has acquired mini-refrigerator specialist Cooluli from Lisse Inc.
The acquisition continues MM Products’ strategy to expand as a developer and marketer of stylish and versatile home products for modern lifestyles, according to the company. JoyJolt, launched in 2014, features collections of glass beverageware and storage containers, along with other drinkware, serving, table and kitchen accessories, positioned to offer personalized style and function.
Cooluli offers a range of sleek, temperature-controlled portable refrigerators for use in homes, college dorms and apartments, offices, travel and more. The line includes personal cooling solutions for foods and beverages, as well as beauty and skin care products.

MM Products said Cooluli customers can expect no changes to product availability, warranties or customer support during the transition, with all operations continuing as usual.
