Jean Dubost Introduces ‘Circo’ Knife With Modular, Recycled Design

At The Inspired Home Show, Jean Dubost is spotlighting the Circo knife, designed to reduce environmental impact through recycled materials and a modular construction that extends product lifespan.

With sustainability as a design priority, Jean Dubost developed the Circo knife using a combination of recycled materials and renewable packaging components.

The knife incorporates a handle made from 100% recycled plastic waste paired with a blade composed of 85% recycled stainless steel. Packaging is constructed from Forest Stewardship Council-certified carton made with water-saving grass fibers, the company noted.

Jean Dubost designed the knife for long-term use as well as to reduce environmental impact. A patented screw system allows users to easily assemble or disassemble the knife, enabling replacement of either the blade or handle to extend the product’s lifecycle.

The Circo knife is scheduled to arrive in April with a suggested retail price of $35.
