Hestan Culinary has expanded its NanoBond cookware collection to include a 6-quart stockpot along with and 6- and 9-quart rondeaus.

The additions build on Hestan’s NanoBond collection, which combines stainless steel with titanium-based nano layers bonded directly to the cooking surface. The company said the technology is designed to improve durability, heat conductivity and cooking performance.

Hestan said its NanoBond cookware offers 35% greater heat conductivity than traditional aluminum-clad cookware, along with a non-porous, stick-resistant surface designed to simplify cooking and cleanup. Additional features include sealed rims, ergonomic handles, dishwasher-safe construction nd oven safety up to 1,050°F.

The 6-quart stockpot joins the existing 8-quart version and is designed for smaller batches of soups, stews and pasta. The new rondeaus (6-quart pictured above) are intended for a range of cooking tasks, including braising, shallow frying and oven-to-table serving.

The NanoBond 6-Quart Stockpot has an MSRP of $500. The 6-Quart Rondeau retails for $550, while the 9-quart version is priced at $600.
