Dreamfarm will debut an array of products for participants attending The Inspired Home Show that all promise to make food prep easier and more enjoyable.
Ograte
The Ograte (pictured above) is a two-sided speed grater, Dreamfarm pointed out. The bottom side blades grate in a circular motion for processing such foods as carrots and zucchini. It includes a guided rim for easy grating in either direction. Meanwhile, the top side blades grate in both an up and down motion for efficient processing on a large plane for foods such as cheese. A safety cover snaps on to protect both sides of the blades for worry-free drawer storage.
Fluicer
The Fluicer is an easy-squeeze citrus juicer that folds completely flat for space-saving storage. With no bulky humps or bumps, it fits more neatly into a drawer. Then, the unique folding action squeezes fruit from the outside and from the inside out for maximum juice extraction. A long handle creates additional leverage and uses larger arm muscles for easier juicing. An integrated seed catcher strains juice and creates a funnel to direct liquid flow.
Dreamfarm Fluicer
Mini Flisk
The Mini Flisk twists to create three whisks from one: a mini balloon whisk for whipping, a sauce whisk for shallow liquids and a flat whisk for egg scrambling. The Mini Flisk folds completely flat for space-saving storage and to keep it from getting tangled with other tools. To clean, users simply twist the Mini Flisk flat, scrape off excess ingredients and put it in the dishwasher with no disassembly required.

Sharple
The Sharple is a swivel peeler with an in-built ceramic sharpener that hones and sharpens the blade each time the protective cover is opened or closed. Sharple’s razor-sharp Japanese stainless steel blade is designed to last a lifetime, the company noted, adding that the blade swivels to minimize waste and will never rust in the dishwasher. The handle profile provides maximum control for both left and right-handed users and features generous drainage channels to ensure ease of cleaning and drying.
