Cangshan introduced three new knife series at The Inspired Home Show as it continues to expand its lineup under parent company Austin Cutlery & Tool.
At the show, the company rolled out the Akka, Aira and Elko series as additions to its cutlery assortment:
Akka Series. The Akka Series (pictured above) emphasizes performance with a clean, minimalist design focused on balance, control and precision. Built with Swedish steel, the knives deliver corrosion resistance, edge stability and ease of maintenance suited to everyday kitchen use. A demi-bolster design improves balance while allowing full-edge sharpening over time, while a contoured, triple-riveted handle provides a secure, comfortable grip during extended prep.
Aira Series. The Aira Series is designed to balance craftsmanship and visual appeal with performance. Made with 135 layers of Swedish Damax steel, the knives feature a layered aesthetic and refined finishing. A sculpted handle supports multiple grip styles, while the overall design is intended to appeal to consumers who value both functionality and presentation.
Elko Series
Elko Series. The Elko Series is developed as an accessible, everyday option focused on durability and ease of use. Made with German steel, the knives emphasize consistent performance and low maintenance. The ergonomic handle design supports control and comfort, while the materials are designed to withstand frequent, everyday use.
