The International Housewares Association (IHA) will host a webinar on April 9 to examine the status of IEEPA tariff refunds and the U.S. Court of International Trade’s role in the process.
The webinar will take place on Thursday, April 9, from 1-2 p.m. CT. IHA’s Washington D.C.-based government affairs representatives Craig Brightup and Rafe Morrissey will joined during the webinar by trade attorney David Forgue of Barnes Richardson & Colburn,
The discussion will also cover Sec. 122 tariffs that replaced the IEEPA tariffs and new tariff investigations under Sec. 301 and Sec. 232.
