Derwent Electric Mill
Among the introductions is the Derwent Electric Mill (pictured above), a one-touch grinder designed to deliver consistent seasoning with minimal effort.
The mill incorporates adjustable grind control, allowing users to select settings ranging from fine to coarse. A USB-C rechargeable design eliminates the need for disposable batteries, while a high-performance motor is intended to provide smooth, even grinding, the company noted.
The mill’s streamlined design allows for one-handed operation, making it suitable for multitasking cooks or for finishing dishes directly at the table.
The suggested retail price is $79.95 for an individual salt or pepper mill and $159.99 for a set. Availability is scheduled for September.

Cole & Mason also is presenting the Shadwell Storage Collection, a glass storage system designed to organize herbs and spices while maintaining freshness.
Named for London’s historic spice docks, the collection features tall, narrow glass jars that provide clear visibility of contents. Airtight silicone stoppers help preserve flavor by sealing out air and moisture.
The system is designed to offer flexible storage options, allowing consumers to display the jars on countertops, store them in drawers or mount them inside cabinets.
Suggested retail prices are $34.95 for the drawer version, $39.95 for the mountable version and $59.95 for the cupboard version. Availability is slated for August.
