Restoration Hardware promoted Sandy Pilon to chief customer experience and values officer, and it named Ryan Hassanein chief legal and compliance officer.
In her new role, Pilon leads the company’s gallery, hospitality, interior design, trade, contract, delight, people and optimization teams across RH operations globally. Prior to the promotion, she served as the retailer’s chief people officer.

Hassanein oversees RH’s legal and compliance functions, including product safety and vendor compliance.
Before joining RH, Hassanein spent more than 10 years at healthcare company McKesson Corp., where he was a member of the chief legal officer leadership team with responsibilities spanning litigation, regulatory, compliance, government relations, supply chain and technology.
