Hestan’s First Brand Store, Restaurant Opening in Napa Valley

The Hestan premium culinary brand is opening its first brand store, located in Napa, CA, on Saturday, November 22.

The Hestan store will feature Italian-made Hestan cookware, U.S.-made Hestan appliances and wine from Hestan Vineyards in Napa Valley. The retail experience also showcases a restaurant with dishes from Michelin-star Chef Mark Dommen.

“The opening of Hestan Napa marks an exciting new chapter for our brand,” said Stanley Cheng, CEO and Chairman of Meyer Corporation and owner of the Hestan brand. “We wanted to create a place that embodies Hestan’s values and invites guests to experience our brand in a more personal way. We are so excited to welcome Napa locals and visitors, community members and culinary enthusiasts to share in what we have built.”

The Hestan Napa store was designed by Kerrie Kelly of Kerrie Kelly Studios. The store design balances sleek modern styling with natural warmth, including layered textures, rich finishes and clean architectural lines, according to Hestan. The store accommodates as many as 60 people, with spaces for private events, tastings and exclusive culinary gatherings.

The retail space showcases the full range of Hestan Culinary cookware collections, including NanoBond, ProBond Forged, ProBond Luxe, Thomas Keller Insignia, OvenBond, Provisions and more. An on-site Hestan Cookware Concierge will offer personalized guidance and help guests select pieces that best suit their culinary style. The store also plans to host demos and events with chef partners, such as Chef Tyler Florence

Hestan Napa is led by General Manager Stanley Morris, who has 35 years of experience across renowned establishments, including Stars Restaurants, Il Fornaio, Sightglass Coffee, Teatro ZinZanni, and New Zealand’s Hapuku Lodge & Tree Houses.

Chef Dommen, a Napa Valley local, brings more than two decades of experience and a focus on seasonal California cuisine. Known for his tenure at San Francisco’s acclaimed One Market Restaurant, which concluded a celebrated 32-year run in June 2025, Chef Dommen honed his craft under such culinary greats as Hubert Keller, Gray Kunz, David Burke, and Jean-Louis Palladin. Chef Dommen prepares his seasonally inspired menus on Hestan Commercial Appliances and serves them in Hestan cookware. Each course will be expertly paired with Hestan Vineyard wines crafted by wine-makers Thomas Rivers Brown and Jeff Gafner.
