BJ’s Wholesale Club today announced its next growth initiative, with new store openings slated for Kentucky, Florida and Indiana later in its fiscal year.
The new clubs are part of the company’s ongoing strategic plan to open 25 t0 30 new clubs every two years. BJ’s intends to open 12 new clubs in fiscal 2026 inclusive of the company’s recent launch in Texas, where four locations are operating in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
The new clubs BJ’s announced will open their doors to consumers in Frankfort, KY, Portage, IN, and Ocala, Lecanto and Port St. Lucie, FL, the company noted. The latest expansion strengthens BJ’s presence in Florida to 46 clubs and extends BJ’s footprint in the recently launched Kentucky and Indiana markets.

BJ’s currently operates 267 wholesale clubs and 205 BJ’s gas stations in 22 states.
