At Home Cancels Annual Meeting With Acquisition Pending

At Home Group CEO Brad Weston will retire in June, taking an advisory position with the company as it launches a search for a new chief executive.

In connection with the Weston transition, At Home reported it has promoted Aaron Rose to president and chief commercial officer, effective immediately. Rose will oversee company operations, spanning merchandising, digital, store operations, marketing, sourcing, planning and supply chain.

Rose noted, “We continue forward with a focus on elevating the At Home brand and strengthening our connection with customers. By taking decisive action to drive relevance and inspiration, we are anchoring our strategy in differentiated products, compelling value, and an enhanced experience that helps customers express themselves and reflect how they want to live.”

At Home emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October, 2025 and continues to operate 229 stores in 39 states.
