Enchanted Partners Group (EPG), the acquisition arm of veteran East Coast gift, toy and home sales agency Enchanted Moments, has acquired Twist Sales, a Midwest agency in the gift and gourmet industries.
Twist Sales will join EM Home, EPG’s growing division dedicated to gift, lifestyle, and gourmet categories. EM Home, focused on housewares, home décor, seasonal and specialty food, was launched in July 2025 following the acquisition of veteran gift and home sales group J. Grob Associates.
Winston-Salem, NC-based EPG previously acquired Kasperzak & Associates and Dugan Bliss, a pair of veteran agencies representing housewares, tabletop and gift brands in the Southeast. The EPG portfolio also includes Golden Sales and Kinfetti, representing the toy and gift industries on the West Coast/Hawaii and in the Pacific Northwest, respectively.
Founded in 2009, Minnetonka, MN-based Twist Sales serves the gift, home, fashion and gourmet lifestyle markets. It will continue operating as a boutique agency supported by the added scale and resources of EPG’s national platform while strengthening and expanding EM Home’s reach across key markets, according to EPG. Twist co-founders and principals Anita Anderson and Melissa Bloom will continue to guide the business with support from the Twist sales team.
“(Anderson, Bloom and the Twist team) bring exceptional expertise, strong customer relationships, and a reputation for excellence that perfectly aligns with the vision of EM Home,” said Tony Davis, CEO of EPG. “Their addition marks another important step in expanding our presence across the country.”
“Joining EPG and the EM Home division gives us the scale and resources to do even more for our brands and retailers,” Anderson said. “We’ve built Twist on service, integrity, and follow-through, values that EPG shares. We’re excited to tap into their national platform, data insights, and showroom presence to accelerate growth.”
“This partnership is about creating more opportunity — new doors, deeper coverage and stronger growth potential,” Bloom added. “With EM Home’s infrastructure and leadership, our team will deliver even greater results for the vendors and buyers we’re privileged to serve.”
