As Nordic Ware marks its 80th anniversary, the company is bringing new bakeware introductions to The Inspired Home Show that reflect both its heritage and its focus on durable performance.
The company developed the new products with the same American-made execution that reflects Nordic Ware’s longstanding goal of providing excellence in service to customers while continuing its search for innovative kitchenware products, the company stated.
Earlier in the anniversary year, Nordic Ware introduced the Laurel Wreath Bundt Pan, a design reflecting the company’s heritage in American-made bakeware.

Nordic Ware also is reiterating its leadership in bakeware with additional introductions in Chicago, including the new Stainless Steel Bakeware Collection, the company noted.
The bakeware delivers what serious home bakers and cooks have been asking for: clean lines, durability and the performance of Nordic Ware stainless steel, the company asserted. Stainless steel is naturally non-reactive, so it won’t interact with acidic ingredients such as tomatoes, citrus or vinegar, Nordic Ware added. It also resists warping under high heat and does not chip, peel or degrade over time.
The collection includes a loaf pan, 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan, jumbo coffeehouse muffin pan, half sheet pan, quarter sheet pan, 8-inch round pan and a universal lid designed to fit each piece. Nordic Ware engineered the Stainless Steel Bakeware Collection for even heat distribution, easy release and simplified cleanup, the company maintained.

Nordic Ware also is expanding its Scandinavian-inspired Cardamom collection (pictured top) beyond the stovetop and into the oven with the introduction of ceramic-coated cast aluminum bakeware.
Cardamom, named for one of the world’s most versatile spices, reflects the Scandinavian heritage that informs Nordic Ware’s design approach. The new products arrive in a signature fresh green exterior that blends modern simplicity with natural warmth, creating cookware suited for healthy meals, everyday ritual and shared occasions, Nordic Ware maintained.
The addition of bakeware extends Cardamom into a more cohesive system manufactured in Nordic Ware’s Minneapolis factory. The bakeware uses premium cast aluminum, a material the brand has long championed for baking performance. Cast aluminum heats quickly and evenly, Nordic Ware indicated, minimizing hot spots and ensuring consistent results.
Each piece features a premium double-layer ceramic nonstick coating made without PFAS, PTFE or PFOA. The ceramic surface provides reliable food release, stain resistance and easier cleanup, Nordic Ware pointed out.
The Cardamom bakeware collection includes a rectangular baker, loaf pan, 12-inch by 15-inch baking sheet and mini loaf pan.
