Tramontina has released a large square roasting pan designed for year-round use.
Made from tri-ply clad construction with an 18/10 stainless steel interior and aluminum core, the Square Roasting Pan measures 12” wide by 15.6” long by 6.6” deep. The pan is large enough for whole poultry and large cuts of meat, with high walls to accommodate cooking, basting and braising. Made to transition from oven or stovetop to table, the pan is compatible with induction, gas, electric and ceramic glass stovetops and is oven safe up to 350°F.
